This is the website for WVU’s chapter of the Student Academy of Audiology (SAA). If you are looking for the National Association of Future Doctors of Audiology (NAFDA) site, you’ve come to the right place! NAFDA and SAA have recently agreed to merge as student organizations, under the title of SAA. It is hoped that this merger will serve to unify and strengthen student audiology organizations nationwide.
So…what is SAA?
Our chapter is dedicated to promoting networking among students within this program, as well as among programs nationwide. We are also committed to providing service to our community; for instance, plans are in the works to initiate the Healthy Hearing program in conjunction with the 2009 Special Olympics Summer Games in Charleston, WV.
